Today, there are so many issues with food and food safety, we are working to help consumers by providing a high quality product without adding to the contamination of our environment.  So we have made it our mission to offer our customers a healthy, sustainably raised alternatives to the large mainstream products available in most grocery stores today.    Our animals are raised in a humane manner.  They are allowed to freely graze on pastures and hay grown without any chemicals.
